Reservations

A Visa or MasterCard by phone at 865-448-9009 is required to book tours. Please bring your credit card with you to complete the transaction. Customers may pay by cash, cashier's and travelers checks, MasterCard or Visa card. Proper identification required for all non cash transactions. Personal checks are not accepted. A party of six or more requires a 50% deposit at time of reservation. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled ride. All clients must receive a pre-ride orientation and sign a Acknowledgement of Risk form, clients under 18 years of age must be signed by parent or guardian. All clients must wear an ASTM-certified helmet (supplied) unless helmet waiver is signed. Children under 16 must wear helmet. We suggest all clients wear a hard-soled shoe with minimum ½-inch heel, long pants, and shirt with sleeves. Minimum age for trail riding is 6; however, participation of young children and seniors is at the discretion of staff.
